Dan Willey

Associate Attorney

Dan Willey is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. He currently practices in the firm’s Litigation Department.

Dan earned his law degree from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif and served as Executive Senior Editor of the Southern California Law Review. He graduated magna cum laude from Lafayette College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in German Language and Literature and a minor in Philosophy.

Prior to joining the firm, Dan served as a Mass Communication Specialist in the United States Navy.  During his service, he was stationed with the Office of Naval Intelligence, the Defense Media Activity, the Navy Office of Information West, and Explosive Ordnance Disposal Mobile Unit One. 

Dan is admitted to practice law in the State of California. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.
