Nasim Khansari

Associate Attorney

Nasim Khansari is a litigation associate in the Los Angeles office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. Her practice focuses on representing employers in a broad range of labor and employment matters under California and federal law in both single-plaintiff and class action matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage-and-hour claims. Nasim also has extensive experience supporting employers in handling sensitive internal investigation matters involving harassment and discrimination claims.

Nasim also has trial experience, successfully moving to exclude an expert witness during a bench trial involving claims under the Private Attorneys General Act which lead to a successful motion for judgment. She has prepared for and appeared at a bench trial, multiple arbitrations, and administrative hearings including presenting oral argument at the conclusion of arbitration, conducting a direct examination of a witness, and drafting and filing motions in limine and other pre-trial briefing, in addition to arguing a demurrer in Los Angeles Superior Court. 

Nasim was selected in 2019 and 2020 as a National Employment Law Council (NELC) Academy Fellow. She is an active member of the NELC, currently serving on the NELC Academy Fellows Committee. 

She earned her Juris Doctor in 2017 from Loyola Law School, where she was a Loyola Law Scholar and student representative on the Loyola Immigrant Justice Clinic, where she currently serves as a board member. Nasim received her undergraduate degree from California State University Channel Islands in 2009.

Nasim is a member of the State Bar of California and is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Central and Northern Districts of California and the Eastern District of Michigan.
