Tim Biché

Associate Attorney

Tim Biché is an associate in Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher’s Los Angeles office. He is a member of the Litigation Practice Group.

Tim has extensive experience handling litigation matters in federal court at both the trial and appellate levels. Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, he served as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Central District of California, where he defended the United States, its agencies, and its employees in an array of civil litigation matters. As an AUSA, Tim first-chaired two bench trials in district court and successfully argued three appeals before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Prior to joining the U.S. Attorney’s Office, he was an associate at a boutique litigation firm handling commercial litigation matters. Additionally, during the 2019-2020 and 2020-2021 academic years, Tim was a Lecturer in Law at USC Gould School of Law, where he taught a section of the year-long Legal Writing and Advocacy course to first year law students.

He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law in 2013. At USC, Tim was the Editor-in-Chief of the Southern California Interdisciplinary Law Journal. He graduated from New York University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in Media, Culture, and Communications.

Tim is a member of the California Bar and is admitted to practice before the Central District of California, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, as well as California state courts.
