Concurrences recognized New York partners Reed Brodsky and Eric J. Stock at its 2023 Antitrust Writing Awards. Their article “What the Antitrust Case Against Martin Shkreli Tells Us About the Latest Trends in Antitrust Enforcement and Shareholder Liability,” originally published by the New York Law Journal on February 28, 2022, was selected as the winning Business article in the Concerted Practices category. The award was presented on March 28, 2023.

Reed Brodsky, co-chair of Gibson Dunn’s Litigation Practice Group, is a nationally recognized trial lawyer and litigator. His areas of practice include trial work, white collar crime, securities enforcement proceedings, corporate internal investigations, compliance counseling and complex civil litigation. He has extensive experience representing institutions, hedge funds, issuers of securities, board committees and individuals in connection with investigations, litigation and SEC enforcement proceedings under the federal securities laws.

Eric J. Stock’s practice focuses on antitrust litigation and investigations, especially for clients in the pharmaceutical, financial services, high tech, and health care industries. His practice involves all aspects of antitrust enforcement, including civil and criminal government investigations, merger clearance, and working with international regulators. He has extensive experience litigating class actions and other civil antitrust cases in federal court, including defending clients accused of unlawful monopolization, collusion, and anticompetitive transactions.
