Theresa Witoszynski an English and German law qualified solicitor in the London office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and a member of the firm’s Real Estate and Global Finance practice groups.

Ms. Witoszynski advises lenders and borrowers across the market on real estate backed financing transactions in the UK and continental Europe acting for financial institutions, private equity funds and alternative lenders. Her experience includes acting on senior/mezzanine, syndicated, acquisition, investment and development financing of single and portfolio properties. She also advises on private structured lending solutions such a as leverage in the form of loan-on-loan financing.

Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Ms. Witoszynski was an associate in the London office of a major international law firm. She has also spent time on secondment to RBC Real Estate Capital Partners (RECP) and Blackstone Real Estate Debt Strategies (BREDS).
