Olivia L. Vaden is an associate in the Palo Alto office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, where she currently practices in the firm’s Intellectual Property and Litigation Practice Groups.
Her practice focuses on all stages of litigation, from pre-trial case assessment and advice to full-scale criminal and civil litigation involving all types of Intellectual Property matters. In addition, she has worked on a variety of commercial litigation matters, including civil disputes valued at over $100 million dollars, among other matters. Olivia also maintains a diverse pro bono practice, representing clients on immigration matters and assisting with incorporating non-profit organizations in the State of California.
Olivia received her Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she served as a Notes Editor on The Virginia Law Review and a Research Assistant to Professor Maureen Brady. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of California, San Diego with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science—Comparative Politics and was awarded Provost honors in every quarter of her undergraduate career, in recognition of her distinguished academic record.
