Eliza Teo is an associate in the Singapore office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. She is a member of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity Practice Groups.
She has a broad transactional practice representing private equity sponsors, sovereign and institutional investors and corporate clients on a variety of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic buyouts, spin-offs, joint ventures, going private transactions, PIPE transactions as well as corporate restructurings. Her experience also includes advising clients on corporate governance matters.
Eliza has practiced in both Hong Kong and Singapore. Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, she was an associate in the Hong Kong office of a leading international law firm.
She earned her Bachelor of Civil Law with distinction from the University of Oxford in 2017 and received her Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honors) from King’s College London in 2014.
Eliza is admitted to practice in Singapore and the State of New York. She is fluent in English and Mandarin.
