Elizabeth Strassner is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Gibson Dunn & Crutcher. She currently practices with the firm’s Appellate and Constitutional Law and Litigation practice groups.
Before joining the firm, Ms. Strassner served as a law clerk to the Honorable Daniel P. Collins of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Ms. Strassner earned her law degree in 2021 from Harvard Law School, where she graduated magna cum laude. She participated in the Harvard Supreme Court Litigation Clinic and served as president and editor-in-chief of the nonpartisan Harvard Journal on Legislation. Prior to law school, she worked as a journalist and earned a master’s degree in journalism from Northwestern University, where she graduated first in her class. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Columbia University in 2015, where she graduated summa cum laude and was also elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
Ms. Strassner is a member of the State Bar of California.
