Andrea Siso is an associate in the Houston office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. She is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Department.
Andrea represents clients in a broad range of complex real estate transactions, including joint ventures, construction and development, debt and equity financings, restructurings, office and retail leasing, and acquisitions and dispositions across a variety of real estate asset classes.
She received her Juris Doctor from Yale Law School in 2020. While in law school, Andrea practiced in the New Haven Legal Assistance Association and aided in drafting state legislation to improve housing access for the local reentry population. She was also on the board of the Institute for Public Interest Law at Yale, where she aided in raising thousands of dollars for public interest fellowships.
Andrea earned a Bachelor of Arts in Romance Languages, Latin American & Caribbean Studies and Creative Writing from Washington & Lee University summa cum laude, where she was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Society, a Rhodes Scholar Finalist, and a Johnson Scholar. Her writing has received the New York Times Award for Nonfiction Writing and the Academy of American Poets Award, and has been published by Shenandoah, Scholastic and Houstonia Magazine.
Andrea is admitted to practice in Texas and Connecticut.
