Stephen D. Silverman is an associate in Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher’s New York office and a member of the firm’s Business Restructuring & Reorganization Group.
He has considerable experience representing ad hoc groups and other creditor constituencies in many of the nation’s largest and most complex restructurings. His practice broadly includes advising debtors, creditors, strategic investors and various other stakeholders both domestically and abroad.
Stephen graduated with honors from Vanderbilt University and earned his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center, where he was Executive Editor of the Georgetown Journal of International Law.
He is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey, and before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
