Joséphine Rolland is an associate in the Paris office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, and a member of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity practice groups
Joséphine Rolland focuses her practice on corporate and commercial law, public or private mergers and acquisitions, as well as private equity. She advises both private and public companies from a variety of sectors, as well as funds in connection with their domestic or international strategic investments, joint-ventures or divestments.
Admitted to the Paris Bar, Joséphine Rolland graduated with a double degree in Business Law & Management from University Paris 2 – Panthéon-Assas and a double degree Bachelor of Laws/LLB from the University of Essex and University of Toulouse I – Capitole.
