Tine Marie Bodholdt Rasmussen is a Danish qualified lawyer and a member of the Danish bar, based in the Brussels office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP. She is a member of the firm’s Antitrust and Competition Group and specializes in EU and Danish competition law.

Ms. Rasmussen’s practice covers all areas of competition law, with a strong focus on abuse of dominance, merger control filings, cartel enforcement, compliance issues and other behavioral matters.

Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Ms. Rasmussen trained and practiced as a competition law associate at several reputable Danish law firms. Among others, she has experience within telecommunications, technology, and the financial sector, as well as regulatory matters.

Ms. Rasmussen graduated from the University of Copenhagen in 2014 and has obtained an LL.M. degree in competition law from King’s College London in 2019.

Ms. Rasmussen is a native Danish speaker, fluent in English and has good command of the Scandinavian languages.
