Mattias Prange is an associate in the Frankfurt office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. He is a member of the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions and Private Equity Groups.

Mattias advises on mergers and acquisitions with a focus on private equity transactions and on corporate law.

He studied law at EBS Law School in Wiesbaden, Germany, and at the University of Cape Town, South Africa. Before completing his Second State Examination at the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt, Mattias was a trainee in the Frankfurt and Berlin offices of renowned international law firms. He obtained his doctor’s degree from Free University of Berlin in 2020 and holds a Master of Arts in Business for Legal Professionals from EBS Business School.

Mattias is fluent in German and English.
