BIOGRAPHY
Emma Pond is an English-qualified lawyer in the London office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and is a member of the Corporate Transactions team.
Emma has more than fifteen years’ experience advising on finance and corporate matters for international clients in a range of sectors, particularly aviation, energy, insurance and telecommunications. She has particular expertise in asset finance and has advised banks, lessors and borrowers on all aspects of asset financing.
Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Emma was a legal director in the transport finance group at Clyde & Co LLP and prior to that was a banking and finance partner at Dewey & LeBoeuf.
