Amanda Ng is an associate in the Singapore office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. She is a member of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity Practice Groups.
Amanda advises private equity funds, their portfolio companies, global asset managers and multinational corporate clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions, including cross-border acquisitions and divestures, growth equity investments, buyouts, minority investments, joint ventures and restructurings.
Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Amanda was an associate with one of Singapore’s largest law firms.
Amanda received her Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honors from the National University of Singapore in 2018. She is an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore.
