Houston is an Associate Attorney in Gibson Dunn’s Houston office and a member of the Private Equity, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Energy practice groups. Houston advises clients during the full life cycle of business transactions, including pre-transaction restructuring, post-closing integration and growth initiatives.
Houston’s practice primarily focuses on representation of private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in connection with a range of strategic transactions, including equity investments, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, divestitures, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate advice.
Before joining Gibson Dunn, Houston practiced at an international law firm as a member of the Private Equity and Mergers and Acquisitions practices.
