Andria Montoya Iles is an associate in the Denver office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. She currently practices in the firm’s Corporate Department with the firm’s Capital Markets practice group. Andria represents public and private companies in a range of corporate and securities matters. She represents issuers and underwriters in both equity and debt offerings. Her practice also includes representation of clients in connection with general corporate concerns, including Exchange Act reporting matters, stock exchange compliance, corporate governance and beneficial ownership reporting matters.

Andria is recognized on the 2024 Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America  list for Corporate Governance and Compliance Law.

Andria received her J.D. from Stanford Law School in 2015. While at Stanford, she served as an Executive Board member of the Stanford Latino Law Students Association and participated in the school’s Mills Legal Clinic.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts in English, with a minor in French, from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2012.

Andria is admitted to practice law in California and Colorado.
