Alex D. Meirowitz

Alex D. Meirowitz is a partner in the New York office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. He currently practices with the Firm’s Real Estate Practice Group and has been recognized as a Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America™ in the area of Real Estate Law.

Alex represents clients in a broad range of complex commercial real estate transactions, with specific focus on purchase and sales, joint ventures and borrower and lender side financings, across all asset classes and deal sizes. Alex’s clients are ranked among the most successful investors in the world and include top financial institutions, private equity funds, family offices, and sovereign wealth funds.   

Alex earned his Juris Doctor in 2013 from Georgetown University Law Center. He graduated summa cum laude from New York University in 2010, with a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and Jewish History & Civilization.

A native New Yorker, Alex is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
