Hayden McGovern is a corporate associate in the Dallas office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and a member of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity practice groups.
Prior to joining the firm, Hayden was a finance and real estate associate in the Philadelphia office of Dechert LLP.
He earned his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2021, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of International Law. He graduated Bachelor of Art in English in 2018 from Columbia University.
Hayden is admitted to practice in the State of Texas.
