BIOGRAPHY
Clémence Martinez is a French qualified associate in the Paris office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, where she serves as a member of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity and Corporate Transactions practice groups.
Clémence Martinez focuses on general corporate law and national or cross border M&A and private equity transactions. She represents public and private companies, investors and underwriters in a large array of industries in connection with their strategic transactions, including acquisitions, divestments, or joint-ventures.
A member of the New York Bar since 2018 and of the Paris Bar since 2019, Ms. Martinez graduated in 2015 from University Paris Ouest Nanterre with a Bilingual Master’s in Corporate Law, with a focus on French and Common law, and received an LL.M. from Duke University School of Law in the same year.
She speaks French and English fluently.
