BIOGRAPHY
Rosie Maguire is an English qualified associate based in the London office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. She is a member of the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions and Private Equity Practice Groups.
Ms. Maguire has a broad range of corporate transactional experience both in the U.K. and overseas, with a primary focus on private equity and private M&A.
Ms. Maguire has considerable experience advising a range of private equity houses and corporate clients, on various transactions across all sections of the investment lifecycle, including acquisitions, disposals, subscriptions and restructurings.
Ms. Maguire read Law at Durham University and graduated with honours in 2014.
Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Ms. Maguire was an associate in the private equity team at Goodwin Procter in London.
