Peter Madden

Associate Attorney

Peter Madden is an associate in the Singapore office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. He is a member of the firm’s Business Restructuring and Reorganization, and Finance Practice Groups.

Peter is a senior restructuring and insolvency lawyer who specializes in complex cross-border restructurings. He has significant experience advising debtors, creditors, insolvency practitioners and strategic investors on a range of transactions including restructurings and workouts, enforcement and insolvency proceedings, distressed debt investing, special situation financing and insolvency-related litigation.

In addition, he has significant experience in banking and finance transactions, with a particular focus on distressed debt financings.

Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Peter worked in London, Paris and Sydney. He is a dual-qualified solicitor, admitted to practice in England & Wales and Australia.  

Peter is a Fellow of INSOL International.
