BIOGRAPHY

​Anne MacPherson is Of Counsel and Senior Transactional PSL in the London office of Gibson, Dunn and Crutcher and a member of our corporate practice group.

Ms. MacPherson is responsible for knowledge and legal training in Gibson Dunn’s corporate, finance and capital markets teams in London.

Ms. MacPherson has a broad range of corporate experience with a particular focus on banking and debt finance. Before joining Gibson Dunn, Ms. MacPherson was a banking partner in the London office of a leading U.S. law firm.  Prior to that, she was Global Head of Quality Standards, Head of Banking Knowledge and Of Counsel at another international law firm.

Ms. MacPherson began her career at a magic circle law firm (London, Hong Kong and New York offices) where she trained and practised as a project finance lawyer.

Ms. MacPherson sits on the FMLC’s Advisory Group on Brexit and on JIBFL’s PSL Advisory Board.
