NoahLani Litwinsella is an associate in Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher’s Denver office.  He is a member of the Firm’s Litigation Department, and he works with the Intellectual Property Practice Group.

Mr. Litwinsella earned his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif and the Order of Barristers.  While in law school, Mr. Litwinsella served as the Senior Technology Editor for the California Law Review.  In addition, Mr. Litwinsella competed for and directed Berkeley Law’s Moot Court Team.  As a competitor, Mr. Litwinsella won one of the top orator awards in the National Rounds of the Philip C. Jessup International Moot Court Competition, and he advanced to the International Rounds.  As a director, Mr. Litwinsella led Berkeley Law’s National Moot Court Competition Team (constitutional law), Saul Lefkowitz Moot Court Competition Team (trademark law), and Philip C. Jessup International Moot Court Competition Team (international law).  He currently volunteers as a coach for the Berkeley Law Moot Court Team.

During law school, Mr. Litwinsella worked for the Denver District Attorney’s Office, the East Bay Community Law Center’s Health and Welfare Clinic, and Berkeley Law’s Environmental Conservation and Outreach Student-Initiated Legal Service Project.

Prior to law school, Mr. Litwinsella earned his undergraduate degree from Whitman College with majors in Biology and Art, and he spent a year as a sponsored competition rock climber.  Mr. Litwinsella is a licensed Emergency Medical Technician in the State of California and holds a Wilderness Emergency Medical Technician certification through the National Outdoor Leadership School.

Mr. Litwinsella is admitted to practice law in the State of Colorado and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
