Till is a partner in the London office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. Mr. Lefranc is a member of the Private Equity practice group. He advises clients on cross-border acquisitions and divestitures, growth capital investments, buy-outs, shareholder arrangements, minority investments and management equity arrangements.

Till is recognised by The Legal 500 UK 2024 for Private Equity: Transactions - High-Value Deals (£250m+). He is also recognised by the 2025 edition of Best Lawyers in the United Kingdom as a leading lawyer for Private Equity Law.

  • KKR on its acquisition of Argenta, a leading animal pharmaceutical research and manufacturing company.
  • French growth fund InfraVia in leading an investment round in Jobandtalent, the European workforce-as-a-service platform.
  • KKR on its investment in Nordic Bioscience, a Danish biomarker development company.
  • F. Hoffmann-La Roche on its acquisition of a company developing inflammasome inhibitors to address inflammatory diseases.
  • Macquarie Capital on its investment in Aryza, a provider of case management and process automation software for regulated industries.
  • KKR on its investment in OutSystems, the global leader in low-code rapid application development, as part of a US$360 million investment round (together with Goldman Sachs).

Till received an LL.M. from the Harvard Law School in 2008 and a Master in Business Law (magna cum laude (valedictorian)) from the University of Paris II Assas in 2007. He is admitted to practice in New York and speaks fluent French.
