BIOGRAPHY
Alice Knowles is an English qualified associate in the London office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and a member of the firm’s Privacy, Cybersecurity and Data Innovation and Technology Transactions Practice Groups.
Ms. Knowles advises on a wide range of domestic and cross-border matters and has experience in a number of transactional practice areas including advising clients on IT, IP and telecommunications transactions, complex commercial transactions and the technology and commercial aspects of cross-border corporate transactions.
Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Ms. Knowles was an associate in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis. Prior to that, she trained and was an associate in the London office of Clifford Chance.
