Jae Kim is a corporate associate in the New York office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. He is a member of Gibson Dunn’s Mergers and Acquisitions and Private Equity Practice Groups.
Mr. Kim received his Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he served on the Virginia Journal of International Law. He graduated cum laude from the College of William and Mary with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations.
Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Mr. Kim was a corporate associate in the New York office of Covington & Burling LLP from 2019 to 2023.
