Agathe Joyce is an associate in the Paris office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, and a member of the Firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions and Private Equity Practice Groups.

Agathe Joyce’s transactional practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, including joint-ventures, and encompasses private equity operations. She seamlessly advises French or international industrial companies active in a wide array of sectors on their growth, acquisition, disposals, reorganizations or daily corporate law matters. Most recently, she worked on several significant operations in the retail, beauty and fashion areas.

Ms. Joyce also acts regularly on behalf of investment funds and banks in connection with strategic investments and divestments.

Prior to joining Gibson Dunn in 2022, Ms. Joyce had practiced two years in a first-rank American law firm.

A member of the Paris Bar since 2020, she graduated with a Master in Management from ESCP in 2018. Ms. Joyce also holds a master’s degree in Business tax and financial market law obtained from University Paris XI – Saclay, which she received in 2017, as well as an MSc in Management from City University of London, received in 2016.

She speaks English fluently.
