​Alexandra Jones is an associate attorney in the Singapore office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP.  She is a member of the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions, Energy, Oil and Gas, and Capital Markets Practice Groups. 

Alexandra advises clients on a range of corporate and commercial transactions, including international mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and equity capital fundraising.

She focuses on private and public mergers and acquisitions and has represented large international corporations in the technology, engineering, and oil and gas sectors on their acquisitions, divestments and investments across Asia.  Alexandra is recommended as a key lawyer for mergers and acquisitions in the energy sector for Singapore by The Legal 500 Asia Pacific 2023.

In addition, her experience includes primary and secondary equity offerings on the Singapore Exchange, as well as compliance with listing regulations and securities law in Singapore.

Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Alexandra was an associate with a leading international law firm in Singapore.

Alexandra received her LL.B. (Honors) from King’s College London in 2013.  She is a dual-qualified solicitor, admitted to practice in Singapore and England and Wales.  Alexandra speaks conversational Mandarin.
