BIOGRAPHY
Prachi Jhunjhunwala is an associate in the Singapore office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and a member of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group.
She focuses on corporate transactions and has advised clients on cross-border private equity and mergers and acquisitions transactions. Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, she worked as an associate in the corporate transactions practice with a leading law firm in Mumbai.
Prachi received her Master of Laws from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2016 and Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws (Honors) from the National University of Juridical Sciences, India in 2011.
She is admitted to practice in India and New York. She speaks English, Hindi and Bengali.
