Darish Huynh is a litigation associate in the Orange County office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. He practices in the firm’s Intellectual Property group with an emphasis on patent litigation. Darish has experience in all aspects of a case across a wide range of sectors and technologies.
He served as a law clerk to the Honorable Harris L Hartz of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. Darish earned his law degree from the UCLA School of Law, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Brown University.
Before joining the firm, Darish practiced in the Litigation group of Irell & Manella LLP.
