BIOGRAPHY
Joanne Hughes is an English law qualified solicitor in the London office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and is a member of the Corporate Transactions team.
She has a range of corporate transactional and general advisory experience, with a primary focus on private equity and mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Joanne trained and practised in the London office of Clifford Chance LLP where she also completed a client secondment to a large international bank.
