David Horton is a tax associate in the Los Angeles office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.
Mr. Horton received his Juris Doctor in 2020 from Boston University School of Law, where he graduated summa cum laude. During law school, Mr. Horton was the recipient of Dean’s Awards for achieving the highest grade in courses concerning corporate taxation, corporate law, evidence law, civil procedure, and property. He was also awarded a Dean’s scholarship, a full-tuition scholarship.
Mr. Horton earned his Bachelor of Arts in Piano Performance and Music Theory from the New England Conservatory of Music in 2017. Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Mr. Horton was an associate in Sullivan & Cromwell LLP’s tax practice from 2020 to 2022.
Mr. Horton is admitted to practice in the state of New York and the state of California.
