Malakeh Hijazi is an associate in the Houston office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, where she currently practices with the firm’s Capital Markets and Securities Regulation and Corporate Governance practice groups. She represents public and private businesses in a broad range of corporate and securities matters.
