BIOGRAPHY

Kanchana Harendran is an associate in the London office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. She is a member of the firm’s Dispute Resolution Group.

Ms. Harendran’s practice spans financial services litigation and contentious regulatory investigations, commercial litigation and white collar defence. She has experience in acting for leading domestic and international banks, as well as other financial services institutions, and in advising large corporates in relation to anti-corruption compliance and adequate policies and procedures, particularly in the context of acquisitions in high-risk jurisdictions. Ms. Harendran also works on business & human rights matters such as supply chain issues, emerging ESG legislation and regulatory requirements.

Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Ms. Harendran trained and practised at a leading international firm, during which time she spent six months on secondment to the firm’s Litigation team in Hong Kong.
