Zachary Goldstein

Associate Attorney

Zachary Goldstein is an associate in the New York office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. He is a member of the Litigation, Appellate and Constitutional, Administrative and Regulatory, and Public Policy practice groups. He also maintains an active pro bono practice, focused on Supreme Court and appellate work.

He graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School in 2023, where he was a research assistant to Professors Laurence Tribe and Cass Sunstein and a teaching assistant to Judge Joseph A. Greenaway, Jr. (ret.) of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He also served as a law clerk on the House Oversight Committee and an extern in the chambers of Chief Justice Kimberly S. Budd of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court. Zachary graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania in 2019 with his Bachelor of Arts, with distinction, in International Relations.

Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Zachary served as a Fellow in the Office of Senator Jon Ossoff.

He is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
