Phillip C. Godfrey is an associate in the San Francisco office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. He is a member of the firm’s Global Finance Department.
His practice includes secured and unsecured credit facilities, acquisition financings, mezzanine financings, convertible debt offerings, high yield offerings and a variety of capital markets transactions.
Phillip received his Juris Doctorate cum laude from Harvard Law School in 2017. At Harvard Law School, he was co-Editor-in-Chief of the Harvard Journal of Law & Gender and a teaching fellow for CopyrightX. He received a B.A. in English from the University of California, Berkeley in 2011. Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Phillip was an associate in the Debt Finance group of Cooley LLP in San Francisco.
He is a member of the California Bar.
