Tessa Gellerson is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. She practices in the firm’s Litigation Department and is a member of its Administrative Law and Regulatory Practice and Appellate and Constitutional Law practice groups.
Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Tessa served as a law clerk to the Honorable Catherine C. Blake and the Honorable George L. Russell, III, of the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, and the Honorable Cheryl A. Krause of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
She earned her J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School in 2018. While there, she was co-Editor-in-Chief of the Harvard Environmental Law Review, a member of the Board of Student Advisers, and a member of the Harvard Supreme Court Litigation Clinic. Tessa graduated from Tufts University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Environmental Studies. Prior to law school, she served in the United States Peace Corps in Panama.
Tessa is admitted to practice in New York and the District of Columbia.
