Justin Fishman

Associate Attorney

Justin Fishman is an associate in Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher’s Washington, D.C. office. He is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department.

He earned his law degree in 2023 from Harvard Law School, where he was an editor of the Harvard Law Review and a finalist in the Ames Moot Court Competition. Justin prosecuted former leaders of the Khmer Rouge as an intern with the Office of the International Co-Prosecutor at the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia and drafted model legislation at West Coast Environmental Law.  He also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable John D. Bates, U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. Justin earned an undergraduate degree in philosophy from Reed College where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and a B.Phil. graduate degree in philosophy from the University of Oxford.

Prior to law school, Justin worked as a high school history and social studies teacher in Shanghai, China, and as an analyst at the College of Psychologists of British Columbia.

He is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia.
