Sarah Ediger

Associate Attorney

Sarah Ediger is an associate in the Denver office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. She currently practices in the firm’s Corporate Department, and her practice is focused on capital markets transactions. She advises clients with respect to SEC registered and Rule 144A offerings of investment grade, high-yield and convertible notes, as well as with respect to a variety of other transactions, including initial public offerings, follow-on equity offerings, and at-the-market equity offering programs. Sarah also regularly advises clients regarding securities regulation and disclosure issues and corporate governance matters, including SEC reporting requirements, stock exchange listing standards, director independence, counseling boards of directors, and insider trading compliance.

Sarah graduated from Stanford Law School in 2020, and she received her Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Bachelor of Arts in African and African-American Studies, both with Honors and Distinction, from the University of Kansas.

Sarah is admitted to practice law in Colorado.
