BIOGRAPHY

Kelly Ding is an associate in the San Francisco office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP.   She currently practices in the firm’s Litigation Department and maintains an active pro bono practice.

Kelly received her J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2019, where she was an editor of the Harvard Civil Rights-Civil Liberties Law Review, student practitioner in the Cyberlaw Clinic, and active member of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association. While in law school, she interned at the American Civil Liberties Union of Texas in Houston, where she worked on immigration, mass incarceration, and privacy issues. Kelly earned her B.A. in International Relations from Stanford University in 2012.

Prior to attending law school, Kelly worked in business development at a technology startup company in the online marketing and lead generation space. She also assisted the company’s legal department in Visa, Inc.’s acquisition of the company in 2015.

Kelly is admitted to practice law in the State of California and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Central, and Southern Districts of California.
