Marc Collier is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. He currently practices in the firm’s Corporate Department. His practice encompasses a variety of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions and general commercial transactions. Marc also advises public companies with respect to securities regulation and corporate governance matters, including periodic reporting and disclosure matters.

Additionally, Marc has experience advising a diverse set of clients in the sports and entertainment industry, including an esports league and esports tournament operators, a mixed martial arts league, a fashion event management company, a soccer league, art exhibition management companies, a professional bull riding league, motor sports leagues, a figure skating exhibition event management company, a triathlon event management company, and a surfing event management company, with respect to a wide array of commercial, compliance, and strategic matters and business transactions, including acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings, licensing agreements, sponsorships, media and digital rights distribution, supplier agreements, and customer data and personal information collection and use.*

Marc earned his Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, in 2011 from Duke University School of Law, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif.  While in law school, he served as an editorial board member on the Duke Law Journal (law review). Marc graduated, summa cum laude, in 2008 from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and a minor in Actuarial Science.

He is admitted to practice law in the State of California.
