BIOGRAPHY

Harriet Codd is an English-qualified associate in the London office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. She is a member of the firm’s Dispute Resolution Group.

Harriet has broad experience of commercial litigation, international arbitration and enforcement matters. She also advises clients on human rights and ESG issues, such as Modern Slavery Act 2015 compliance, supply chain issues, and ESG-related disputes.

Harriet trained at Gibson Dunn, during which time she spent six months as Legal Counsel at a leading Swiss investment bank.
