Bryan Clegg is an associate in the Dallas office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. His practice focuses on representing companies and individuals in securities-related investigations and litigation. Bryan has represented clients in SEC investigations, securities fraud class actions, merger and acquisition disputes, and FTC actions.
Bryan has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America© as “Ones to Watch” since 2021.
Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Catharina Haynes of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
Bryan earned his law degree magna cum laude from Southern Methodist University, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the SMU Law Review and was inducted into the Order of the Coif. He received his Bachelor of Arts with high honors from the University of Texas at Austin.
