BIOGRAPHY

Olivier Charron is an associate in the Paris office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, where he serves as a member of the Global Finance and Business Restructuring & Reorganization practice groups.

Olivier Charron has extensive experience in relation to structuring, negotiating and drafting documents for all types of financings. He specializes in structured finance operations such as acquisition financing and complex cross-border debt restructuring transactions – including special situations financings.

He is also involved in syndicated loans, government guaranteed loans and bond issues. He represents both private and listed companies, senior and junior lenders and borrowers in their significant strategic transactions.

Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Mr. Charron practiced within the Banking and Finance department of other international law firms in Paris.

Admitted to the Paris Bar since 2020, he graduated from EM Lyon Business School and received a master’s degree in Corporate law from the University Lyon III – Jean Moulin.

Olivier Charron is fluent in English.
