BIOGRAPHY
Emily Chan is an associate in Hong Kong. She is a member of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group.
Her practice focuses on commercial dispute resolution. She has represented clients ranging from high net worth individuals to corporates and international banking institutions in court litigations and advised them on matters involving family disputes, breach of trust claims, employment disputes, misappropriation of funds and tax disputes. Emily also has experience in regulatory investigations.
Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Emily was an associate at a magic circle law firm. She received her Bachelor of Laws degree in 2010 and her Postgrad Certificate in Laws in 2011 from the University of Hong Kong. Emily is admitted to practice in Hong Kong and is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
