Tom Caruso is a corporate associate in the New York office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher where he currently practices in the firm’s Capital Markets Practice Group.
He earned his Juris Doctor from Cornell Law School, where he served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Cornell Journal of Law and Public Policy. Tom earned his undergraduate degree in Economics-Mathematics from Columbia University.
Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Tom practiced with the firm Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP as a member of the Structured Finance Group from 2017 to 2021.
