Valentina Carrillo Bustamante is an associate in the London office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and a member of Gibson Dunn’s Projects and Infrastructure and Latin America Practice Groups.

Ms. Carrillo’s practice focuses on infrastructure projects in Latin America and the United States. Ms. Carrillo has substantial experience in corporate and project finance transactions, including, among others, commercial bank loans, syndicated loans, financing’s with multilateral institutions, financing’s with export credit agencies and financing’s through capital markets.

Ms. Carrillo’s project finance experience includes toll road projects, ports, airports, power generation facilities, telecommunications infrastructure and, in general, public infrastructure developed under PPP programs. Ms. Carrillo also has experience in general corporate and strategic transactions, including joint ventures and cross-border mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining the London office of Gibson Dunn, Ms. Carrillo was an international associate in the New York office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, and an associate at Gomez-Pinzón Asociados in Bogota, Colombia.

Ms. Carrillo received her LL.M. degree from Northwestern University. Ms. Carrillo is admitted to practice in Colombia.
