BIOGRAPHY

Rob Carr is an English law partner in the London office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and a member of the firm’s Real Estate and Global Finance practice groups.

Mr. Carr advises lenders and borrowers across the market on real estate backed financing transactions in the UK and continental Europe acting for investment banks, private equity funds and other alternative lenders and has particular expertise in representing private equity and other top tier sponsors on their borrowing transactions. He has advised on a wide variety of real estate financings spanning the last decade including loan originations, debt trades and restructurings.

Mr. Carr is ranked by The Legal 500 UK 2023 as a “Leading Individual” for Real Estate Property Finance. He is also ranked by Chambers UK 2023 for Real Estate Finance.
