William received his J.D., with honors, from Notre Dame Law School in 2019, where he served as an editor on the Journal of Legislation, and received the Faculty Award for Excellence in Civil Procedure. In 2016, he graduated summa cum laude from Georgia State University, where he received his Bachelor of Music in music technology.
